Traditional Therapies
Manual Therapy: Massage, joint mobilization, and soft tissue manipulation to reduce muscle tension, improve joint mobility, and alleviate pain.
Exercise Prescription: Customised exercise programs designed to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and promote optimal movement patterns, reducing pain and preventing future injury.
Hydrotherapy: Water-based exercises performed in a heated pool to reduce pain, improve joint mobility, and enhance muscle strength and endurance.
Additional Therapies
Acupuncture/ Dry Needling: Alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and promote healing.
Myotherapy: Trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and dry needling.
Cupping Therapy: Relieve muscle tension, improve blood flow, and reduce pain and inflammation by drawing toxins and stagnant blood to the skin’s surface.
TENS Therapy (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation): Non-invasive therapy involving the use of low-voltage electrical currents delivered through electrodes placed on the skin to alleviate pain by blocking or modulating pain signals to the brain.
